With over 40 years experience, Deborah Segal is the head of the AYS Team, and an innovator in the industry.  She sat on the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Board of Employee Leasing Companies for several years as well as being instrumental in establishing the Human Resources arm of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).  She began AYS originally in 1989 and successfully built the company while growing the industry along the Treasure Coast to what it is today.
